EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchange only , and request must be made within 5 days of receiving order. Eligible items for exchange is applicable only for rice products purchased from Chawal House.

NO RETURN POLICY

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any products. Items other than rice products are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

CONDITION FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for exchange , the product must be unused and in its original packaging, and the costumer must present the original purchase bill at the time of exchange.
